Jennifer( Frazier) and Mike Gerken

I am currently teaching third grade in Napoleon, Ohio. I am finishing my thirteenth year teaching. Mike is working at Wauseon Machine and Manufacturing. He is a robot service engineer and travels a lot (too much for me sometimes). We spend most of our free time following our kids to their various events. This will be changing some this year though since Cody has graduated and we will only have Daniel’s events to go to this year. We may still go watch some soccer matches even though Cody has graduated because soccer has gotten into our blood.

We also spend a lot of time outside. Mike works in the yard and the pond and I tinker in my flower beds. I have my mom’s love of gardening, but I don’t claim to be as good at it as she was! We also enjoy going out on our boat.

We have three great kids. Ashley will be turning 21 while we are at the Cape. She is currently living in Toledo, Ohio and working as a waitress.  She has a love of photography that she hopes to turn into a career. Cody will be turning 18 while we are at the Cape. He just graduated from Napoleon High School and is looking forward to joining his cousin Katie at The Ohio State University in the fall. He will be majoring in criminology and  joining the Army ROTC branch. Daniel will be a junior at Napoleon High School in the fall. He will also be taking some computer classes at the local community college. He plays snare drum in the band and plays on the golf team in the fall. He also runs the sound board for the high school drama productions.
